Refund & Exchange Policy

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any of the sold products regardless of whether they have been used or/and opened or not.

Customer assumes all costs in shipping items back to us.
All packages are shipped with Proof-of-Age service, and in case the shipping carrier was unable to verify your age; the carrier will ship the package back to us. In such case, a 50% return restocking fee, shipping charges, and any additional cost charged by the shipping carrier to return the package to us will be deducted from the total amount of the refund. Approved refunds can only be offered in the original form of payment tendered in the initial purchase transaction. If the original form of payment tendered is not available+, an exchange or store credit can be offered. All shipping charges are NON REFUNDABLE. If you received free shipping, the cost of shipping the package will be deducted from the total amount of the refund. Any additional cost charged by the shipping carrier to return the package to us will be deducted from the total amount of the refund.
Approved refunds are issued within 5 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product. Please note that it may take another 5 business days after issuing the refund for your financial institution to post the transaction.
