Presently we ship ONLY within Canadian borders.

Processing

Processing time for all orders is 1-3 business days, regardless if the order is for local pickup or to be shipped.
We reserve the right to additional processing time.

Shipping Times

Domestic orders have the option to select between all shipping methods provided by Canada Post. All shipping and transit times are calculated in business days from the day the package is picked up by the carrier from our facility. In few cases, transit time can increase by one business day, if the order was picked up by the carrier after the cut-off time, thus one business day should be added to the times shown in the next table.


We do not guarantee transit and delivery times. Times shown above are provided by the carrier, and can be changed any time without our knowledge; thus, we recommend that you check the carrier website for the most updated information.

Free Shipping

We offer Free shipping for orders above $99; after discounts and before any fees and/or taxes; and that weighs less than 3KG; unless otherwise advertised at the time of order payment completion.
Free shipping does not apply on gallons, any order that includes gallon(s) with “Free Shipping” chosen will be cancelled.

Shipping Confirmation

Shipping confirmation email means that the order is packaged and ready to leave our facility; however, it will be handed to the carrier on the following business day.

Tracking Information

Once the order is ready for pick-up by the shipping carrier, the order tracking number will be sent to the email address you specified on your account. Tracking information might not be updated until the package has reached the carrier’s local sorting facility, transit location, distribution hub, or post office.
Errors by or as a result of the shipping carrier are not our responsibility and should be resolved by contacting the carrier. However, we encourage you to contact us with your concern, and we will be happy to help in any way we can.

Shipping Errors and Delays

While Canada Post offers reliable service, errors and delays may occur, especially at times of labour strikes, Christmas, and bad weather conditions. Errors and delays caused by or as a result of the shipping carrier are not our responsibility and should be resolved by contacting the carrier. However, we encourage you to contact us with your concern, and we will be happy to help in any way we can.

Shipping Costs

Customer assumes all costs related to shipping items.

Failed Delivery

If there was an error in the shipping address you provided at the time of order payment completion, or/and if either you or the shipping carrier refused the packages for any reason, other than failure to prove age; there will be a return restocking fee, as stated below, shipping charges, and any additional cost charged by the shipping carrier to return the package to us that will be deducted from the total amount of your refund. If you received free shipping, the cost of shipping the package will be deducted too from the total amount of the refund.
In case the returned item was determined that it was used, damaged, missing parts, or/and missing any of its manufacturer’s original package; then you will NOT be eligible for any refund, and based on your choice, the returned item will be either discarded or shipped back to you at your own expense, and in any case we cannot be held liable to any cost or/and damages.

Return Restocking Fee:

  • 10% for vape mods, vape tanks, vape atomizers, vape kits, chargers, accessories, replacement coils/heads, syringes, needles, coil building materials & tools, plastic bottles, vegetable glycerine, propylene glycol, isopropyl alcohol, and/or any other products not mentioned below in the next 3 points.
  • 20% for lithium-ion batteries, glass bottles, graduated cylinders, stirring rods, and/or glass beakers.
  • 25% for all concentrated flavours.
  • 50% for all e-Juices/e-Liquids and/or nicotine base.
  • 50% for all orders returned by shipping carrier due to failure to verify customer’s age.

Errors in Shipping Address

Please review your shipping address carefully when placing your order. Errors in the shipping address will cause returned orders. We will not reship the order until it is returned to us by the courier and the cost of reshipping is paid.

Payment via PayPal

Please note that in case payment is done via PayPal, then you MUST ensure that the given shipping address while placing your order is the same as the one you specified in PayPal while completing the transaction. In the event the shipping address confirmed by PayPal is different than the one you specified when placing your order, we will ship your order to the address confirmed by PayPal.

Proof of Age

For delivery and/or pickup of any product on this website, in accordance with Canadian federal and provincial laws; Government-Issued photo identification is required, to show you are of legal age to use nicotine products and its delivery devices.

Local Pickup: Please present a Government-Issued photo identification that shows your age is over 18.
Shipping: All packages are shipped with Proof-of-Age service, and in case the shipping carrier was unable to verify your age; the carrier will ship the package back to us. In such case, a 50% return restocking fee, shipping charges, and any additional cost charged by the shipping carrier to return the package to us will be deducted from the total amount of your refund. If you received free shipping, the cost of shipping the package will be deducted too from the total amount of your refund.
If you are not home when delivery is attempted, the package will be left at your nearest post office, where you will have to show a Government-Issued photo identification to sign and receive the package.

Order Cancellation or Change

Please contact us as soon as possible if you like to cancel or change your order. Once a tracking number is issued for a package, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
